Attendance
for the AGM is highly encouraged...
The
Directors of DIYC hope that you will be able to attend. It is the
one scheduled meeting per year that we all have the opportunity
to discuss, as a group, all the areas of club interest and to share
in enhancing the vision of what we wish our club to be and how we
plan to make that happen.
If
however you are unable to attend, please take the time and complete
a proxy form in the name of a Director or member in good standing
and have it delivered to the AGM by a any Director or member , or
e-mail it to Rick at rroberts@acpa.ca
prior to the AGM. This will assist us in the number required for
a quorum.
